I love using iMessage to keep in touch with friends and family but sometimes it can be a big pain dealing with random crashes and freezes that are most likely caused by a misconfiguration in the settings. Hey this is Josh for MacCrunch and today I am going to show you:
Go to Settings Tap on General Scroll down and select Keyboard Now go to Keyboards Click Edit and remove emoji by clicking the red - icon
Now your iOS version should be updated and the issues resolved
Go to Settings Tap on General Choose Accessibility now choose Speech and turn Speak Selection ON
5. Factory Reset your iPhone>If none of the above steps have helped you fix your iMessage Crashing and Freezing its time to factory reset your iPhone. Please note that with this process all your data on your Phone will be deleted and the iPhone is going to be reset to factory defaults.
1. Go to Settings on your Homescreen 2. Go to General 3. Click on Reset 4. Choose 'Erase all Content and Settings' 5. and enter your Passcode
