After making a substantial purchase on Appsumo, this customer, like many others, was lured by Rabbitloader’s promises of efficiency and reliability. However, the software reportedly turned into a ticking time bomb. “It’s been a year of constant breakdowns,” claims the source, which led to “significant financial losses,” that reach into the thousands for their clients.

Adding fuel to the fire, an email, camouflaged with the alarming subject “ACTION REQUIRED,” was later received from the co-founder and CEO, Abhishek Guha Roy himself. But instead of addressing the severe issues at hand, this was apparently just another one of Rabbitloader’s marketing gimmicks.
The climax of this horror story? The CEO, in response to the customer’s valid concerns, purportedly issued a menacing threat: an ultimatum to either apologize or face account termination. All this, over a purchase worth more than $300!
